Вот мы и провели первую игру "Уральский Дозор".

Кто все еще не в курсе, «Уральский Дозор» – это:

1) Командная игра, направленная на решение различных социальных проблем, начиная от контроля за соблюдением законодательства в сфере реализации алкогольной и табачной продукции и заканчивая завышенными ценами на бензин, ужасным качеством дорог.

2) Программа выявления нарушений различных законов, например:
• ФЗ № 171 от 22.11.1995 (ред. от 21.07.2011) «О государственном регулировании производства и оборота этилового спирта, алкогольной и спиртосодержащей продукции и об ограничении потребления (распития) алкогольной продукции.

3) Возможность для здоровой, трезвой молодежи проявить свою гражданскую позицию.

4)   Помощь областным органам власти в воспитании патриотической и грамотной молодежи.

Условия:
1)   Участники:   4-6 команд по 4-5 человек в каждой.
2)   Время: выходной день с 13.00 ч. до 17.00 ч.
3)   Маршрут: микрорайоны города.
4) Техническое обеспечение: фотокамера, видеокамера или мобильник с хорошим качеством съемки.

Тем временем, как "прогрессивная" общественность митинговала "За честные выборы", команда «Здравой Рассеи», ученики Школы №7 г. Заречный не словом, а делом решили сделать свой город чище и порядочнее.

Заречный мы считаем таким же своим городом, как и Екатеринбург, как и любой другой город России. В игре приняли участие 16 человек, которые разделились на 4 команды. После инструктажа ребята вытянули по жребию свои районы и отправились с кураторами выявлять нерадивых продавцов и другие нарушения.

Общий позитивный настрой и соревновательный характер игры позволили командам весело и весьма активно обследовать районы. Приятно отметить, что не все магазины и ларьки продавали несовершеннолетним алкоголь и сигареты. Хотя ребята сетовали на то, что у них не получается набрать баллов по факту незаконной продажи им алкоголя и сигарет. Но это и является одной из целей проекта "Уральский Дозор" – прекращение свободной продажи алко-табачной продукции несовершеннолетним.

Никто из организаторов и участников даже не удивился, что были продавцы, готовые продать восьмиклассницам 7%-ые алко-коктейли и сигареты, пиво. Все факты нарушений зафиксированы на видео.

По итогам игры наши юристы готовят обращения в УВД, Роспотребнадзор и Прокуратуру. Не оставим безнаказанными беспринципную деятельность продавцов, желающих получить прибыль с отравления наших детей.

В ходе игры каждый участник проникся идеей трезвого образа жизни. Школьники возмущены, как свободно в их городе продают ЯД. Ребята готовы и дальше бдить за нерадивыми продавцами и органами власти, которые выдают лицензии на продажу сигарет на расстояниях ближе 100 метров от учебных заведений.

Все команды справились с задачей за два часа. И пока учителя согревали их горячим чаем с пирожками, кураторы подсчитывали баллы. Победила команда с незамысловатым названием "Название", которая основную часть своих баллов набрала на контрольных закупках. Это и немудрено, т.к. в команде были ученики 10-11 классов, на 100% использовавшие свои внешние данные (Очевидно, все как один походили на лица старше 18 лет).

Команды получили призы от организаторов (наручные часы, компьютерные девайсы, сертификаты) и с чувством выполненного долга разошлись по домам в ожидании новой игры и новых задач.

«Здравая Рассея» выражает благодарность организации «Велогород» за предоставленные сертификаты в экстримгородок и на каток в МВЦ "Екатеринбург-ЭКСПО".

Уральский Дозор начал бдить за нерадивыми продавцами в Свердловской области!

Каждый продавец, посмевший продать Яд нашим детям и детям наших друзей, родственников, должен быть наказан.

Каждый киоск по продаже сигарет, расположенный ближе 100 метров от учебного заведения должен быть закрыт, а владелец оштрафован.

Каждый школьник должен понимать, что алкоголь – это ЯД.

Наша задача развивать моду на Здоровый Образ Жизни.

Наша задача многосторонне воздействовать на проблему алкоголизации молодежи на нашей Родине.
